Each Service runs in Pilot Mode and after successful completion of Pilot project, SLA is entered upon. Execution teams are supported by qualified quality managers and process consultants who assist in process improvement and optimization initiatives.
Regular audits of the transactions ensure that the defined process is adhered to. Percentage sampling for the audit adopts criteria like stage of the process criticality of the transaction, experience profile/aptitude of process executive etc,. with pilot stage having 100% audit.
